Absolutely, and possibly even more so. Most heart disease develops quietly over decades, which means there is a long window where understanding it and making small changes has real power.

The course is as much about prevention as it is about helping manage an existing diagnosis through lifestyle.

Heart disease runs in my family. Does that mean it is coming for me no matter what?

This is one of the biggest myths the course tackles head-on. Family history raises your starting risk, but it does not seal your fate. Addressing the factors you can control has been shown to lower risk substantially, even for people with a genetic predisposition.
